Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellations by the Customer:
    1. Standard Booking: For cancellations made 90 days or more before the scheduled departure date, you are entitled to a full refund.   
    2. Last-Minute Booking: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled departure date.    
    3. Exceptional Circumstances: In case of extraordinary circumstances, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or other situations deemed beyond the customer’s control, a full refund will be issued. Documentation or proof may be required.
  2. Cancellations by the Operator:
    1. If the operator cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, mechanical failure, or any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund.   
    2. In the event of cancellations by the operator, every effort will be made to provide an alternative date or time. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
  3. Refund Process:
    1. All refund requests must be made by the customer who made the booking. 
    2. Refunds will be processed within 90 days of the cancellation request. 
    3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
  4. Refund Exceptions:
    1. No refund will be provided for any part of the booking that has been used. 
    2. No refund will be provided for any additional expenses incurred by the customer, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, or other costs.

    2. Cancellations made 90 days or more before the scheduled departure date will be eligible for a full refund.  
    3. Cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

    1. The operator will notify customers immediately if it cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, mechanical failure, or any other reason.    
    2. Every effort will be made to provide an alternative date or time. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
  3. Cancellation Process:
    1. Cancellation requests must be made by the customer who made the booking.  
    2. Cancellations can be made by contacting our customer service team by phone or email.
  4. Exceptions to Cancellation:
    1. No cancellation fee will be applied if the operator cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
